In Ashenagar’s works, elements of symbolism and realism coexist, while concepts such as memory, identity, ritual, and local narratives play a central role
He is the founder of the theatre group “Ahl-e Hava,” a collective focused on performance and research related to the culture and rituals of southern Iran
